Did you hear me?

Too many times I hear people talk about that their doctors do not hear them.
What is worse the long periods of time waiting to be called for your appointment or when you finally see the doctor, you are rushed through the visit?
Our office focuses on being prompt and listening to what a patient has to say.  Patients are welcomed as a dear friend.  I am lucky that I get the time to sit and chat with a patient about what is on their mind... be it dental or otherwise.
Respecting a patient as a person and being mind full of their time should be a tenet of health care. In our office it is.
